Project Description:

The concept for the Mixed Grill Room renovation at Fort Wayne Country Club was to create a warm, pub-like atmosphere where families could enjoy fine dining in a casual setting, while also maintaining an upscale feel to cater to the Club’s business lunch Clientele.  To accomplish this, the Grill has been divided into three zones, Family Dining, The Pub (with the new granite-topped wood bar), and the more formal Terrace area.  The latter area is a noteworthy space due to it’s abundance of natural daylighting from the nine sets of french doors that surround the perimeter of the room.  On the exterior, a new fabric awning covers the renovated 3,000 s.f. brick paver patio, home to the new fire pits and new outdoor furniture.

The new Mixed Grill is a huge success for FWCC.  Usage of the space is up dramatically, as are food and beverage sales, and most importantly, membership seems genuinely delighted with the new amenities.
