Project Description:

The Goshen Hospital Heart Vascular Center started life as a medical office building owned by an affiliated physicians group.  Upon purchase of the 20-year-old structure, IU Health Goshen Hospital commissioned Moake Park to create a new Heart Vascular Center, bringing together components from the hospital’s Cardiology, Surgery, Imaging and Interventional Radiology areas.  The entire exterior building skin was removed and re-clad with stone, brick, composite metal panels, and a new curtainwall system was installed.

The result is essentially a new building, with new HVAC, new finishes, and most important, a new integrated care approach that fosters collaboration amongst several medical specialties all located under the same roof to provide patient-focused, efficient and effective patient care.
