Project Description:

One of the newly constructed projects on campus was a new residence hall for 222 students.  The campus had previously provided campus housing, but in an old 1950’s existing structure, that after careful and extensive analysis, just could not in any manner provide the “suite concept” housing model with accompanying student activity spaces.
