Project Description:

The Kendallville Public Library is a 41,000 s.f. facility located adjacent to City Park and overlooks Bixler Lake.  The Library features a wrap-around porch with heavy timber columns and entry details.  Large windows throughout provide panoramic views of both the lake and park, bringing the natural surroundings into the building.  A fireplace also provides a cozy reading area.  The sloping site affords a walk-out lower level that is used for conference rooms and public gatherings.
