Project Description:

The Liberty Mills Medical Office Building, a part of the Parkview Physicians Group (PPG) brings together a walk-in clinic, hospital-licensed outpatient lab and imaging, and 4 physician providers around the medical home model of care, in which increased collaboration amongst providers, care coaches, on-site diagnostic testing and community health integration and creates an atmosphere of patient-centered team care.

Architecturally, the building has been designed to continue the branding created at the Parkview Regional Medical Center, using metal panels, brick and stone to create a high-tech yet warm exterior.  On the interior, patients entering the lobby can proceed directly to any of the three main building waiting areas, all of which incorporate natural light and exterior views as wayfinding elements.

Finally, the project was designed to be expanded in multiple directions as future needs dictate, owing in part to the extensive use of sub-grade surface drainage to preserve in grade building options.
