Towles Intermediate incorporated the design of a new kitchen and food prep area created within the existing cafeteria space.  The former kitchen, ware wash, and stage areas were converted to newly remodeled cafeteria space to seat approximately 250 students.  The facilities existing loading dock and dumpster areas were renovated to include the addition of a new Polar King walk in cooler/freezer and revised dumpster location.
