Project Description:

This 15,000 square foot facility, centrally located within the prestigious Notre Dame Warren Golf Course is designed to have no “backside”. 

Spaces within this facility include public & private dining, warming kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms, pro shop, as well as maintenance and storage.  The main entry provides a welcoming atmosphere and is easily identifiable upon arrival.  A cascading outdoor patio provides an additional sense of place and was carefully oriented to overlook the 18th green.

A critical project goal was to develop a facility that upon completion had the feeling as if it had always been.  Meticulous attention was dedicated to the placement of the facility into vs onto the site and taking extra precautions to protect and work with the existing trees and landscape.  The result was this brick and wood facility nestled into the existing canopy of a fully mature landscape.

This venue hosts daily and member play and has hosted numerous NCAA tournaments.
