Warsaw Medical Complex is a partnership between Fort Wayne Orthopedics, Optimum Performance Sports and Kosciusko Community Hospital Physical Therapy.  It is designed for comprehensive athletic training and sports medicine evaluation/rehabilitation of today’s athlete.  A covered vehicular main entry leads to a light-filled concourse connecting all components of the facility. 

 

The Fort Wayne Orthopedic clinic is spacious and open with sub-waiting leading to one procedure, eight exam and two cast rooms for private evaluation and consultation. OrthoStat is a walk-in clinic with a separate exterior entrance containing four exam rooms, one cast room and an X-Ray room shared with the physician clinic.

 

Optimum Performance Sports provides a large open gym with natural lighting, indoor turf, wood basketball/volleyball half-court, and rubber sports floor.  This performance center is dedicated to personalized training for athletes providing skills and agility workout programs using the latest in weight and aerobic equipment. 

 

KCH Physical Therapy partners with OPS to provide sports medicine focused physical therapy in its rehabilitation suite.  An open area with exercise equipment along with private treatment rooms provides a place where clients are directed through the rehabilitation process.  Shared locker rooms with the OPS gym complement the suites.
